Curated deal flow across real estate finance, corporate growth and special situations — through an invitation-only, NDA-gated platform managed by GP Capital.
For Lenders & Family Offices
GP Capital provides institutional lenders and family offices with access to curated private credit and structured finance opportunities. Every deal on our platform has been sourced, underwritten and prepared by GP Capital before it reaches you.
You receive only transactions that match your stated investment criteria — asset class, geography, deal size and product type. The process is managed entirely through our Capital Access Platform, a secure environment designed for confidentiality, structured engagement and efficient execution.
You only see deals that GP Capital explicitly assigns to you. There is no open deal feed. Every invitation reflects a deliberate match to your stated mandate.
Before accessing any transaction materials, you accept confidentiality terms through the platform. All access is logged and auditable.
Deal room documents are controlled by GP Capital. Some files are available for download; others are preview-only. Internal underwriting materials remain invisible to external users.
For each deal, you can accept the invitation, decline, or request additional information through the platform before committing to a bid.
Submit indicative terms through a structured bid form — facility amount, pricing, fees, tenor, recourse, conditions and timeline. Revise until the deadline unless admin locks the process.
Ask questions directly within the deal room. GP Capital manages the Q&A flow, ensuring all counterparties receive consistent, complete information.
Competing bids are hidden by default. Borrower identity may be withheld until after NDA acceptance or at admin discretion. The process may be single-round, multi-round or include a best-and-final stage — all managed by GP Capital.
Approved counterparties can log in to the Capital Access Platform to review assigned deal opportunities.
All opportunities are indicative, subject to underwriting, diligence, approvals and definitive documentation.
